All Inclusive tour:  All sightseeing and entrance fees included.  All service charges and local taxes as imposed by hotels are included in the program rate.  All sightseeing per itinerary will include a private motor coach with a licensed, English-speaking guide.  Tips to guide, escort, driver, and hotel wait staff are included. Breakfast and dinner provided per itinerary. Hotel Accommodations:  Superior Hotels based on twin occupancy. A single room supplement will be charged where requested and available which is determined with cost of Pilgrimage.  If you do not have a roommate Walk His Land will make every effort, to match you with a same-gender roommate when we receive your application, but we do not guarantee a roommate.  If we are unable to arrange one, you will be billed for the single room supplement.  All singles are subject to availability. 

 

Passport and Visa requirements: A valid passport is required. (expiration date has to be 180 days forward of return  to U.S.)  U.S. citizens holding valid passports do not require Visas or Immunization for the countries being visited, unless stated.  Non-citizens of U.S. please contact the consulate of the countries we will visit to determine visa requirements.

Air Transportation:  Round trip from DESTINATION AIRPORT.  Airfare is subject to change if fuel charges and taxes increase.  No stop-overs are permitted.  International flight reservations are held on behalf of the group. Once the ticket is issued it is non-refundable.  Any changes after issuing ticket will carry a mandatory $200 fee.  Cancellations of trip received within 90 days of departure a non-recoverable airline penalty of up to $150 may be assessed. If cancellation occurs within 31 days to departure airline states NO REFUND.  Domestic Airfare: For ones, who need to make domestic air arrangements to the originating city, we strongly recommend the purchase of tickets which can be changed without heavy fees and penalties as international flight schedules are always subject to change.  Walk His Land, LLC may be able to assist with economical add on airfares.  To request this please call 478.808.8067.

 

Transfer and Porterage: Round trip private transfers from/to Airport/Hotel.  Porterage will consist of one piece of luggage per person throughout your tour at hotels.  We strongly suggest that you travel with one suitcase and one carry-on, as coach luggage storage is limited.

Not Included: Expenses and items not specifically mentioned in the brochure are NOT covered, including but not limited to: passport and visa fees, meals not listed and items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, liquors, mineral waters, dinner coffee or tea, sightseeing or services other than those specifically mentioned, tips and taxes not mentioned, excess baggage, and insurance, etc.
 

Discounts: If any portion of the trip is paid with a credit card no discounts will be honored, including deposit. All discounts will be inherent to paying with check, bank draft, cashiers check, or US postal money order. Walk His land will not accept a check 20 days before departure, and said payment at this time for trip will only be accepted in verified funds in the form of a bank draft, cashiers check, or US postal money order.  All discounts are applied with the final payment.  A returned check for insufficient or unavailable funds will have a service charge of $50.

Deposits and cancellations: DEPOSIT: A deposit of $400 per person is required to secure reservations. The deposit should be in the form of personal check, bank draft, cashiers check, or postal money order. Final balance will be paid in full 60 days of departure with regular installed payments to begin 180 days before departure.  If reservation is made 60 days prior up to departure date; trip must be paid in full. Please contact Walk His Land about credit cards.   CANCELLATION:  The closer we get to our departure date the more the risk is in your investment. The risk is due to commitments we make to an airline, places of lodging, and tour operators who are involved with serving us. In the event you have to cancel your trip some or even all of your payments may not be returned.  From time of reservation to 61 days of departure a mandatory $100 processing fee plus any air penalties will be assessed. Cancellation up to 61 days of departure will incur $100 processing fee plus any air penalties. Cancellation 60 to 41 days a mandatory $150 processing fee plus 50% of trip cost. If cancellation occurs 40 days of departure there will be a 100% cost of trip, no refunds. . see refunds.  If trip does not secure enough individuals all funds will be returned. With this kind of investment we highly recommend Travel Insurance explained later.

Refunds:  Refund requests will only be honored when submitted in writing to: Walk His Land, LLC. 107 Caravelle Ct. Byron, GA 31008 It is expressively written the requests to Walk His Land will be considered and are subject to the restrictions set forth in this ‘Terms and Conditions’ cancellation policy. Also it is advised, at the sole discretion of Walk His Land, LLC it will be determined if penalties are waived or forfeited.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend Travel Insurance.  These sites have quotes from most travel insurance companies.  It is further noted most travel insurances have their own rules about pre-existing medical conditions, they most all require you to purchase insurance within a certain time frame once the deposit it received by Walk His Land, LLC  http://www.squaremouth.com or http://insuremytrip.com  If you are a members of USAA they also offer travel insurance.  At this time Walk His Land does not offer travel insurance.

 

Deviations/changes: Walk His Land must assess a service charge per person per revision, plus airline change fee and/or land charges. Trip members are responsible for all additional costs associated with en-route itinerary changes. This service charge may be assessed up to $50 per person, plus any air and/or land charges if they occur.

 

Total Tour Price: The tour price is based on airfare, land rates, and rates of exchange in effect at time of booking.  All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Walk His Land, reserves the right to increase package rate or reduce services accordingly should there be an escalation in the Euro valuation over the U.S. Dollar in excess of 5% from print date of brochure.  This applies to trips where we are quoted services in Euros.  All tour prices are quoted in US Dollars

 

 

Walk His land LLC and their representatives in relation to the itinerary act only as agents for the tour associates in arranging transportation, hotels, sightseeing, restaurants and other services. In creating these arrangements Walk His Land has executed reasonable care. They do not assume liability for any un-foreseen circumstances whatsoever: such as acts of war or terrorism, any injury, damage, loss, an accident/delay to person or any property stated here.  Any default of hotel, restaurant, carrier, company, or person providing/rendering any of the services included within tour, it is further stated the coupons, tariffs, tickets, rules or contracts at the present time between such contractor and tour member shall constitute the sole contract between them.  Walk His Land LLC accepts no responsibility along with the organizer for delays due to illness, labor disputes, machinery malfunctions, quarantines, any damages, pilferage, government restraints or confinements, weather, or any other causes beyond their control. No carrier will be responsible due to passenger’s carelessness, act, or events which prevent them from being on board the carrier’s transportation. Walk His Land LLC reserves the right to cancel or change itinerary, or substitute services without notification. They also reserve the right to decline, accept or retain any passenger at any time. Under these statutory limitations pertaining to personal injury or property damage you may want to consider accident and baggage insurance. .
